Where do you ship from?

From our EU warehouse (so no customs within the EU).

How long does delivery take?

Orders leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Typical delivery is 5–12 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Will I pay customs or taxes?

Within the EU: prices include VAT; no customs.
Outside the EU (if enabled): local duties/taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient, though it is a rare scenario.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel is missing after 15 business days from dispatch, email us—we’ll investigate and replace or refund if it’s lost.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast. Request changes/cancellation before your order ships (ideally within a few hours) by emailing info@wildlooessentials.com. If it’s already shipped, you can return it after delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards via Shopify Payments, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. (We don’t accept PayPal.)

What’s your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email info@wildlooessentials.com to start a return. Your statutory EU rights (e.g., 14-day withdrawal) remain unaffected.

What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund quickly.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method—usually visible within 5–10 business days (bank processing times vary).
